Cannot Open Social Campaign on cisco finesse

Hi All,

I Have problem when integrate cisco uccx 11.5 and socialminer 11.5,i cannot open socialminer campaign on cisco finesse agent and showing the following error message "

A timeout occurred loading the application. Refresh your browser or try again later. If the problem persists, you may need to check your network connectivity.

",but i can open the feeds on cisco socialminer.can you help me?

I already solve the issue,i use third party gadget on it. So it call socialminer webpage inside cisco finesse

I facing the Same Issue.

Tried using 3rdparty gadget yet the same issue.Can you share me ur thoughts
