Solved: Cisco Finesse - Shared Lab ?

Hi,

I have a got 'Cisco Rich UC Sandbox' . Could any one help me how do i configure Cisco Unified Contact Center and Cisco Finessw in this LAB environment ? else please redirect me to the lab environment for Cisco Finesse.

Information on the sandbox shared lab is here https://developer.cisco.com/site/devnet/sandbox/

Formally request a Finesse sandbox from the sandbox portal (http://sandboxlabs.cisco.com).

That then should be put in a queue for provisioning for Finesse. You should already have an account on the portal since you were already in a dedicated sandbox.
