Configuring 3rd Party Gadgets in Finesse Admin Desktop

I have a 3rd party finesse gadget which fetches data from a db and displays data from some fields in finesse gadget space. I need to know that is there any way in which I can configure which some settings related to the gadget in from Finesse Administrator desktop.

For example if the gadget provides you the feature from which you can choose which entities to be fetched from a db' so is there any way that

I can open that configuration page in finesse administrator desktop?
