Hello,
I have installed the CRA editor 3.1 included with IPCC Express 3.5(2), but the application does not start. a double-click on the application icon or an associated script file only briefly shows the splash screen, then nothing. I've used the same ini, license and install files on my PC and it works fine.
So does anyone know what would stop the CRA editor from starting properly? I cannot find a log file or any startup flags to use to see what is happening.

Do you have full connectivity to the express server, or any firewalls in the way?
The only time I have seen anything similar is when I didn't have full connectivity to the server.
How did you install the application? Did you download the exe from the web admin page or from a network share?
I have seen incidences where the application had problems when installed from the web page download; totally unexplained, but resolved by installing again from mapped drive.
