CTIOS Client is not working on Windows 7 64x platform

Hi All, Good day

I'm installing CTIOS client ver 8.0 on winodws 7 64x but after installation once I open it it crashed.

I've tried to look in the registry but I'm not able to find the Cisco folder under HKEY_Local_Machine > Software

I'm attaching a snapshot for the crash error

Hi Zeeshan,

you need to install the 8.5.4 patch on the client machine only, no need to install it on CTIOS server.

For me I uninstalled the CTIOS client version 8 completely and installed V 7.0 it works fine and I was able to login, then I upgraded to v 8.0 then 8.5.4
