CUIC Call report showing Call Variable on UCCE?

Hello,

 

I understand that for UCCX it is easy to include the customer call variables in a report, but I have UCCE.

I am trying to find a way to display the call ani in a historical agent report.

I am not having much luck finding an example on-line.  I thought I could set one of the Call variables to the ani.  But I do not see a report that will show the call variable. 

 

Any one with some advice?

You could use the ANI field for the calls in one of the tables and create your own basic report definition and subsequent report to show this data. Just think about what you want the end user to query based off of (i.e. date and time, just the ANI, etc.). You may have a lot of rows to sift through so you may want to limit what they can run off of.
