I understand that for UCCX it is easy to include the customer call variables in a report, but I have UCCE.
I am trying to find a way to display the call ani in a historical agent report.
I am not having much luck finding an example on-line. I thought I could set one of the Call variables to the ani. But I do not see a report that will show the call variable.
Any one with some advice?
