CUIC: Outbound call report by agent with :30 or less activity

Hello,

I have a request by a team supervisor who would like a customized outbound report. It sounds pretty self exclamatory but I don't see a default report which can provide the results he'd like.

He would like a detailed outbound activity report by agent which shows the number of calls for each agent under :30 seconds long within a specific time frame. 

Can this be done, thank you to all in advance, I appreciate your assistance!
