We are trying to configure a customize ringtone in CVP 9.X. We have a comprehensive call flow mode.
Is that possible without Helix Server ? or aditional media server is required?
PCCE Version 9.X.

Are you referring to the ringback WAV file played from the voice gateway when an agent's phone has been delivered a CVP call and is ringing? You can certainly change that.

another question is, If I wan put diferent ringtones for every patterns, Do We need a Helix server or do you know another option??
