CVP reporting

Dears,

We have CVP 8.0(1).

CVP reporting server is up and getting statistics but these statistics are not written is the database so I am getting empty reports from CUIC.

Any idea what could be behind this issue?

Hi Georges,

To dig deeper can you provide me the following infromation

a) are you not seeing the call server as well as vxml server data ?

b) Can you inform if the data is presnet in CVP reporting informix database ?

c) what is the status of the reporting server (UP \ Partial or down) to check this use the URL

http://:8000/cvp/diag

d) Do you know if midnight and midday pruges are running fine - one way to check is to check the results colum of the midday ad midnight schedule task
