Detailed call by call report - CUIC 9.1

Hello All,

I am totally new to CUIC and we are using version 9.1. I wanted to check a report to check the originating number of a call that goes to our tech support group. I am after to the actual caller phone number. I read though the reporting user guide and I thought the "Originator type field = Unknown" would be something good to look at. Is there a report that captures this or already built in on my CUIC? I looked at our stock reports under historical but I don't see this exact report type like that for detailed call by call report. I assume this is available only on higher versions, but I could be wrong.
