Has anyone successfully integrated ECE with an email account that exists in Exchange Online / Office 365? One of my colleagues worked with Cisco and eGain but was unsuccessful in getting this to work. It's not clear to me if there is an official declaration of compatibility one way or the other.
Edit: I did just find this bug (https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvr86493/?rfs=iqvred) which seems to indicate it works but may stop working in October. Can anyone confirm?

You may find these two links of interest, but typically only IMAP/POP3 unless something has changed recently.

Hello Mark and Bill,
I've updated the defect today. Here's the content that I updated in the defect with the new information.
Microsoft was originally set to implement this on 13-Oct, 2020. Due to COVID-19, they have now changed this to be the second half of 2021. For existing customers with no recorded usage of basic authentication for IMAP/POP3, basic authentication will still be disabled on 13-Oct.
For existing customers that do use basic authentication, there will be no change.
For those customers who need to use it, it will be re-enabled.
The following URLs are the announcements from Microsoft:

Just out of curiosity, where did you update this, behind the scenes? From the outside, I at least don't see any change/updates?
Or do we need to check tomorrow for instance to see a difference for the defect?

Hi Bill,
There was a mix up with the team who approves the externalization of the defects. CSCvr86493 should now have the correct data in it. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hi,
Now that Microsoft has stopped basic authentication and everyone has to move to OAuth 2.0; you may find below document helpful. Please have a look:
