I am delivering a recorded prompt to an agent and would like to give them the option to email the prompt to their supervisor. The script is working in this fashion however, when the email is opened, the file no longer has an extension on it. Without an extension Windows media player is giving an error and can not play the file. The file name in my script ends with .wav.
Any ideas as to why the file extension is missing?
