external web application in cisco finesse

Hi guys,

we are trying to incorporate external web application into cisco finesse desktop by implementing simple gadget  with “iframe”.

However “iframe” remains blank (source is not rendered, just empty body, see attachment).

Does anyone have an idea where to look for problem?

Hello Lazar, 

We are having the same problem; in our case the gadget remains blank or empty randomly. I mean, sometimes worked good and some times the empty body. 

Did you receive any feedback about this case that can share with us?
