Managers are asking if we can add the 'Voice CSQ Summary Report' from the Supervisor display into the Agent Display.

Is this possible?

Voice CSQ Summary Report for any teams agents are assigned to should be there by default unless someone modified the Finesse Desktop template.

Make a copy of the current Finesse Desktop Layout and save it in NotePad or whatever.  Then try to restore the default layout.  Have an agent logout then log back in and see if the CSQ Summary is there.
