Finesse <> Jabber Connection

Hi all,

i'am wondering if there is any way of using the Jabber presence status into Finesse?

When i'am away for 15min. Jabber will switch the status to "Away", but in Finesse i'am still ready.
The Agents have to maintain two States, even both are from Cisco.

Any idea?

This is not possible with Finesse natively. Finesse will not change the state unless agent does it themselves, the kind of feature you are looking for Finesse might be possible but will require customization.

Check with 2Ring which is Cisco Authorized partner for developing Finesse gadgets and providing various Finesse customizations which do not come out of the box. You can also ask them for a free demo and they will be happy to provide you the same
