Hosts not reachable

I am using context service SDK 2.0.1, and it is attempting to hit hosts that are only accessible from the Cisco network, causing requests to fail when made from clients without internal cisco access. It was my understanding that context service was intended to be a cloud based service, accessible to clients on the public internet. The hosts:ports in question are:

• 52.1.32.25:5269
• 54.88.133.92:5269
• 64.68.100.6:443

Is this a known issue or expected behavior?

I am not sure what problem are you running into. Could you please share some SDK logs so that we can look into this issue?
