Hi there,
While the Agent being logged in,there is Agent's Username,Password & Extension.Suppose Agent's Username,Password & Extension is Agent001,ACBD & 6001 respectively.
I am getting Username & Password in the response.Now I am doing Agents Login Validation only with Username & Password,because I am not getting the extension from the response.
How to get that extension so that Agents Login Validation will be proper.Please let me know if anyone is having solution.
