How to Integrate Cisco CVP VXML Application with ASR / TTS

Hi,
I have experience working in Cisco CVP VXML Development and have good hands-on in Java development as well.

Now we need to integrate the Cisco CVP VXML Application with ASR / TTS, I don't know much about these (ASR / TTS). I wanna an expert opinion that from where should I start, I tried to find some sample applications but I didn't find any. 

Any Guide or Link would be really helpful !!

You may want to take the CVPDS-1 Cisco training class that is usually run by this board's own @janinegraves , she and the class are great.
