integrate PCCE with C4C CRM system

hello all

i was searching on how to integrate PCCE with C4C CRM system, and there were no documentation regarding this matter.

i need to know what should be done from the PCCE side in order to route the calls to the CRM system and show the call information on the CRM system.

please advise.

Hi,

CRM need to connect to CTI server as CTI client to get the required informations . CTI server will push subscribed information to CRM for it to display the call information. To achieve this, GED188 documentation is a good place to start:
