Load URI from properties file for web service element in call studio

Hello All, is it possible to load a wsdl uri from property file or dynamically as per environment(dev,qa or prod).Now I'm using a decision element which identifies env first and I've used web service element with static URI.

Yeah, look at using a properties file which has all the environment configuration and based on some details you pull up the right environment data.
