Hello,
I'm wondering if anyone can help me. I'm using Cisco Unified CCX Historical Reports and trying to find a report that provides me the list of all incoming telephone numbers for a pre-determined time frame.
I'm looking at this report to help me management the flow on incoming calls that are coming in from the same telephone repeatly throughout the day.
Any and all feedback is appreciated!

You can run a 'Detailed Call by Call CCDR' or 'Detailed Call, CSQ Agent' to get this type of info.
