What is the maximum number of Call Peripheral variables allowed for UCCX 8.5?

Is it 10?

I'm getting ready work on a new script for a seperate queue and we are already using all ten of the Call Peripheral variables for the other queue.

I would like to get other variables to show up on the CAD for this new queue.

Hi,

variables can be used per call (queues or other entities have got nothing to do with them AFAIK).

Can't you use Expanded Call Context (ECC) variables?
