multiple jabberwerx connections for the same agent id.

Hi,

We have a scenario where in we login as an agent from our cti app and also register for the call events from our arm app.

basically the crm app is just registering to the call events by referring to the jabberwerx lib on the finesse server.

the question we have is weather this is treated as multiple connections for the agent since the finesse server has to send events to more than one channel.

please let us know.

Hi,

If the agents are using the Finesse out of the box desktop and you are registering to the call events via jabberwerx library, then yes it is considered multiple connections.
