Not Ready time increasing while Agent is in Ready state

It was reported recently by an agent that their Not Ready Time was increasing while they were in a Ready state. I actually witnessed this happening and looked through the log files but didn't see anything unusual. I have spot checked a few others but the behavior is normal.

Has anyone seen this before? I am on UCCX 11

Can you provide the Agent State Detail report for the problematic agent for the time period when this issue happened.

Highlight the fields in the report that you have attached what you are referring to.

That report really doesn't show it. I have attached the Finesses logs from that day.

When the user is in Ready state the Not Ready time is increasing. I can take video of this happening if you would like to see that as well.
