Passwords for agents.

Hi,

I have a question about setting passwords for agent using finesse, Is it mandatory to set the password for agents using finesse, is there a way we can get around setting passwords for each and every agent.

CTIOS clients didnt have the need to set passwords, can the same be done in finesse as well..

Hi Aziz,

Agent passwords are mandatory for Finesse. I do not know if there is a way to set the agent passwords in bulk. I would have to look around.

we are using the bulk import tool to set the passwords but there are agent who get missed by the import process, was just wondering if there was a way around the agent passwords,
