Hi everyone,
I´ve been searching around but didn't find any answer on what the PeripheralCallType 10 means.
Can anyone explain what this is, and the difference between 10 (Agent Inside) and 9 (Outbound) ?
What's your opinion on adding together 10 and 9 for dialing performance on a outbound sales team?
Thanks in advance!

Robert,
"Outbound" should exclusively be calls to external numbers from agents.
"Agent Inside" should be calls from agents to internal numbers... though you may potentially see some short calls and unanswered calls to external numbers in here as well. I don't know the reason for this.
