Phone Failure while accessing agent extension through EM

Hi,

Unable to make ready while accessing UCCX agent extension through EM on another IP communicator.

I create device profile associate with user profile and make it under control device also...

but when i am accessing IP communicator through EM then my IP communicator showing unregistered in Call manager and phone failure status.
