Phonebook in CTIOS

Hello all,

We are using UCCE 9.x with CTIOS.

I would like to find out options to enable a phonebook in the CTIOS? Users would like to select the phone numbers from a drop-down window

Has anyone attempted it? Any pointers?

Hi,

not out of the box. But if you happen to be using the bundled "CTI OS Toolkit Desktop" (I assume that's what you meant) and if there's a .NET programmer around, you can easily create a custom CTI OS client build with all the features you need.
