Good day! I need to check the tcp port 12028 on UCCX so that I can integrate UCCX with outbound system. I use telnet to check this port, but I get close by local machine. Is this action usual for this port? Does this port have to be opened?

Remember that 3rd-party ODBC access is not supported by Cisco except for a) designing custom reports; or, b) wallboard applications which are restricted to only two tables with a read operation no more than once every 10 seconds.

With that disclaimer out of the way, you must whitelist the IPs allowed to make an ODBC connection under Tools > Real-Time Snapshot Config > Server Name.
