Quality Manager Recording Controls

Hi,

We are running a UCCX HA with Quality Manager for call recording. I have installed the call recording controls into Finesse for agents to be able to pause the calls for PCI.

We want to remove the delete and restart options from the agent or disable the functionality but I can't see this option in administration.
