Replacing "sa" user with other user in UCCE

Gents,

I have ucce 10.x in production and customer wants to change the "sa" user ucce to some other user and needs to reset the "sa" password. Is there any possibility without any downtime and whether it will work with some other user.

Hi All,

I have managed to know that there is no impact of changing the DB user from "sa" to some else in ICM. However, i need to know how to change the user in Cisco Interaction manager for AW DB as during the installation we provide the "sa" user and password in order to access the AW DB for integration between CIM and UCCE. 

So is there a way i could change the "sa" DB username of AWDB in CIM DB and registry.
