Hi,
Is there anyone who try the "start recording gadget". ? Can this gadget be used with MediaSense ?
I am looking for on-demand recording from agent or supervisor finesse desktop, with MediaSense.

EDIT : After trying to install it. When I click on "start recording" button, in the firefox we console I got that :

I am looking for information on how to stop a recording in Cisco Finesse 10.5. We record all our calls through Knoahsoft Harmony and there are times when a caller requests to not be recorded. How does an agent stop a recording?

Unfortunately, Finesse doesn't have the ability to stop the recording. It only has an API to start the recording and will run until the call is over.
