Hi, I am new to UCCE. Currently i am developing demo applications in Cisco CVP Call Studio.

I have used UCCX, In uccx i can create variables and used in the script. But in UCCE i want to create a variable and use it in the call flow.

So My question is : How to create a variable in Call studio??

you must have clear understanding of session data and element data in VXML application.

now coming to your question how to create variable in call studio?

pick any element --> in config go to data tab --> simply create your session/element data.

There are different kinds of variables that can be defined - sesison data, element data, application data, global data. My recommendations would be to read the call studio development guide to understand basics of these.
