UCCMP 8 license

I am installing UCCMP 8 with UCCE8. I have finished the installation and can access web portal page. my question is should I upload all resources (agent, call types and Skills) to UCCMP using CSV files or the database importer Server should do it automatically.as i can not find any resources at UCCMP.
