UCCX 11.6 codec change

Hello,

I'm planning to change UCCX cluster 11.6 codec G.729 to G.711.

Do I need to convert all existing voice prompts from G.729 to G.711 and upload them manually?

Hi,

If all communication to/from UCCX Server is going to be G.711 then you need to convert voice prompts to G.711 codec. Otherwise you will hear a distorted sound.
