Hello,
Does anyone know the solution for the problem I have with Chrome and Finesse/UCCX 11.6.
When the agent clicks on the "gadget" make a new call, The panel expands to reveal the keypad and a list of phone contacts.
If the agent clicks on the "gadget" make a call again or hand up the call, the gadget does not go back to its normal size. Agent needs to press F5 to resize the gadget.
Thanks,

Hi,
Please, confirm if you're following the compatibility matrix guidelines for the supported browsers section.
What happened if you use IE instead of Chrome?

Hello,
I tried with 2 different version and I have the same problem.
Version 65.0.3325.162 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Version 64.0.3282.140 (Build officiel) (64 bits)
With IE and Firefox, everything is working fine.

Hi,
I can see that Chrome is not calling the sizing function correctly. With Mozilla, everytime you click on the "make a new call" gadget, the browser calls the onresize() function.
Here are some logs from Mozilla:

I don't know if a TAC will troubleshoot this because is something related to the browser itslef and not with the system. If this is something that really bothers you, you can consider switching to a different browser (Mozilla or IE) or open a case (as your last resort).

Hi,
The corresponding bug ID for this is CSCvg21457. Another workaround is to downgrade Chrome to version 60.
