Could anyone share the migration plan document for UCCX 5.X to 8.5.

Hi Sasikumar,

Here is the process:

5.0.X-->7.0.1-->7.0.1SR5-->PUT backup-->8.5

Please note you will need upgrade licenses from 5.0 to 7.0 and then 7.0 to 8.5
