UCCX Callback script - Second attempt not working

Hi

Would like some assistance with callback script, all working fine however if we re-queue the call for second attempt if the customer do not answer it is not getting attempted again.

 

The customer would like to re-queue the call if the call fails due to a bad number or busy user.

We can see that the call get re-queued however when the agent answer for callback, it does not get prompted to press any number for call back to be initiated just system error or busy.

 

The first time without re-queuing to call back queue works as expected.

 

Just wondering if any one have done this, where call-back to customer is given second chance?
