uccx - CUIC 12.5.1 - Repors: Chart with abandoned call total

Hello world,

I am working on creating a custom report based on the stock reports available for our call center. We would like to total the abandoned call  for each day, sorted by the hour of the day. I cannot seem to create a report that only shows the totals AND the day of the week. We have been manually creating reports based off of other reports, which is very time-consuming. I would like to know if this is possible. I will attach a photo of what exactly we are looking for.

Are you set up with CUIC premium? If so, you can create your own report definitions from scratch/save as other ones and modify from there.

I believe so. When I click on Report Definitiions, it looks like it would allow me to make one, im just not sure how

Here's some of the guides that talk about it.
What you may find easier is look at the statements/definition in an existing report and see if you can use that.
Also, confirm if you actually need a report definition, vs. customizing an existing report.
