Hi All,
there is a quite anoying thing, leading to a bunch of tickets in our site.
Szenario:
New Agents are automatically thrown in the Default Team. -> ok
If they log into Finesse these agents are showing up in all other already existing Teams. -> nok
This often leads to tickets complaining about agents in the wrong team.
I have around 40 Teams so you can imagine the pain.
Actually we are on 11.6, planning to go to 12.5.
Are there any ideas how I can avoid this?
(I would love a service parameter or a cli command to change the default behaviour)
