UCCX Finesse Supervisor Desktop showQueues from the respective Teams

Hi Guys,

I have an issue about the Cisco Finesse Desktop Layout.

For example, i am supervisor from two Teams, Team1 and Team2, and i change the Desktop Layout from both Teams, clicking on the Override System Default on both teams, and change the XML.

What happens now in Finesse? I saw, both Teams, but when i change the Team, i always saw the Queue Data (CSQS) from one of the Teams. I want to the field Queue Data changes according the Team that i am seeyng in the moment.

I can put the the XML showing data from both Teams at the same time, but we need to see the Team Data and Queue Data from each Team separeted.

Any one know how to do this?

Hello ,

The team and queue data will show specific to the team selected under the resource page setting .If you need to see multiple team data it would be better to create custom live data gadget with specific filters and embed it in finesse.
