Can  user X1 (2992) to mirror user X2 (2997)? Meaning when someone calls the main line / enquiries phone number(s), we need both X1 and X2' phone to ring.

Not with Contact Center solution as with an ACD agents are selected based on defined queue criteria, in CCX you can choose from ones such as Longest Idle, Most Skilled, Least Skilled, etc.

If you need both phones to ring at the same time then you would need to deliver the call to a CUCM broadcast hunt group or define a shared line on both phones, but this would remove CCX from the call flow.
