UCCX Outbound Dialer - Ring Back

Hoping someone has come across this in the past and can give me some direction. 

 

Running UCCX 11.6.1; UCM 12.0.

I have a UCCX Dialer that is running an IVR based predicative campaign. The call is being delivered to the contact as expected.  When the contact answers the call they hear a 'Ring Back' tone.  After the ring back is played, the call then proceeds to the IVR message. 

 

Question is, how do I remove the Ring Back from playing when an outbound call is picked up by the contact?  I thought I could create a new MRGL and remove Annunciator from the list and add that list to the call control group in UCCX.  That however, is not working for me and I am still getting the same results. 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The Ringback setting you are seeking is set on your Outbound Call Control Group, under Network Hold Audio Source.  If you set it to 'None" it will not play anything when the call progress analysis completes and dials your script to launch the IVR application.
