UCCX Prompt not playing (I replaced the old prompt)

Hello Fellas,

I uploaded/replaced a new prompt with same name as old one, this should ideally change the prompt wherever it is referenced in the script.

But the scripts are still playing the old one. I also reloaded the applications, this didn't help either.

Did you restart the CCX Engine. If not, then do that as well since lot many times the DB does not get update and that can cause these kind of issues.

I'm not as familiar with the uccx side of things. When this has happened to us (vxml apps) it's because the audio file is cached. Have you tried clearing your cache with the following command?

CLI Command: set http client cache stale

Hi,

Did you replace the prompt with the same filename, or did you update the script to point to a new prompt.
