Hi,
I am unable to login into CTI OS client.
When i use the login ID it gives invalid agent or password.
When i use Peripheral ID in the login name it gives me error 10125 invalid Instruement.
Am i missing some config on call manager. All the phones are associated to the JTAPI user.
Thanks
Himanshu

ok, is your agent ID and Directory Number you are trying to login to phone is same?
what is the model of the phone you are using for agent login?
have you associated phone to pguser? is phone registered to CUCM?
in the DN configuration of the phone, make sure you set max number of calls to 2 and busy trigger to 1.
also make sure common device configuration for the phone is ipv4 compliant.
I don't suspect the error with device targets since it should give you the error something like "invalid device identifier"

Chintan

you mean to say you are trying to login using AgentID (peripheral number)?
can you attach CTIOS client logs?

Most of the time i have seen the logs in c:\users\ .
but search for ctiosclientlog.* in c:\ drive for exact location.

Look at the "TraceFileName" registry in the below patch in ctios client machine.
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Cisco Systems, Inc.\CTIOS Tracing]
That will have the path to log file.

This is the meaning of 10125 error code.
Error 10125
Symbol = PERERR_TELDRIVE_NODEVICETARGETFORNETTARGETID
Level 1 = You have attempted to log into an invalid instrument. If you think it is correct there could be a configuration error. Otherwise, check the number and try again.
Level 2 = Invalid Instrument ID specified.
Level 3 = A device target with the network target ID specified cannot be found.
This could indicate either an internal error, bad instrument specified on a request, or a configuration error
Looks like ATR is not configured properly.
But you should not use Peripheral ID for login. Use Agent login ID(peripheral number) only which is configured in agent explorer (if you selected Login by Agent ID while configuring CTIOS, If you selected Login by Agent Name in CTIOS use the Agent login name instead of login ID)

Sasikumar.

I am getting the following
Level 1 = You have attempted to log into an invalid instrument. If you think it is correct there could be a configuration error. Otherwise, check the number and try again.
Agent config:
First name: Agent1
Last name: Agent1
loginid: ccagent1( on using this says invalid username or password)
Peripheral id: 11001( on using this says invalid instruement 10125)
ATR: 11001 to 11005 for CUCMPG
What possible places can i check config to rectify the situation.
Thanks
Himanshu
