Unknown Reason Code: 64905

Seeing an unknown reason code, 64905 in Agent Not Ready Detail reports (CUIC), and within the HDS, Agent_Event_Detail table.  I found no mention of this RC in the DB Schema, nor from searching the web.  I'm curious if it's related to Finesse sessions failing due to tab sleeping in browsers like Edge, as it seems to be related to 50004 logout events. 

 

Any thoughts or has anyone seen this RC?

Are you able to reproduce this reason code to understand when it happens?  You mentioned about tab sleeping in Edge, have you tried this with other browsers like chrome and firefox? what are the version of browsers you tested?

Hi, you're sure it isn't a custom code that you added either in Finesse or in UCCE? There's no defect with that code and 12.5 has been out for a while, I would've thought if this was something new it would've come out by now.
