Hi,
VoiceXML insert element not returning Session variable back to CVP IVR application in 12.0. where else same VXML file in working in 10.5 environment.
we have make one VoiceXML insert element to getting PIN over gateway through VXML file with Tone masking audio.
we can see session_S_PIN value is set in the gateway logs. but when call come back to CVP IVR "S_PIN" is coming blank in 12.0 .
our XML file version is 1.0 encoding UTF-8 VXML version 2.0
Note - same file is working in 10.5 but Not working in 12.0
