I am trying to install WFO Monitoring and Recording Services 8.5.2 SR1 or SR2 and it breaks my database connectivity. I started at the base release 8.5.2 and it works fine. I first noticed this after installing the update and trying to view phone recordings in the web app. I received an error immediately when querying the data. The logs indicate it is having issues with the DB as well. When I go to post install and click the option to create database catalogs it will error out on the end with a dbnetlib invalid connection message. Anyone seen this?

What version of UCCX?
There is a version of 8.5 that removes the uccxworkforce user and you need to patch with a SR or COPtwo to patch it.

Thanks Eric. Yeah, I did run into that issue way back but did apply the patch to fix that. I got in touch with Calabrio and the solution was to remove the SQL instance name in the Post Install after the upgrade and this allowed the database connection again. Strange but it worked. Thanks for the reply.
