WFO Call Recording Setup

Hello Guys

 

I am trying to setup WFO recording for agents. I have configured Server based recording. I am importing UDP, Phones and CSF from the CUCM in to the VOIP devices in the WFO. I am still wondering as how to setup call recording for agents as I have followed the document and am unable to start the recording. Can anybody please help me with this.

You mention you are doing server based recording. Do you have the SPAN port configured on your switch and your server connected to that port so it can monitor the traffic?
