What does ICM IPTA vs nIPTA Skill Group mean ?

Hi Dear,

Can you someone please explain me ; What is  the ICM IPTA vs nIPTA  ?

I know Agents can NOT belong to both IPTA and nIPTA skill groups at the same time  but what is the difference between IPTA and  nIPTA  ?

I can not clarify where we use which ones.

Determines who assigns the task to the agent.  If IPTA queue, CCE selects the agent, otherwise, CCE delegates agent selection to the application that sent the task route request (i.e. EIMWIM). 

The Deployment Guide under EIMWIM on CCO is a good resource and explains this in greater detail.

Two of the advantages of configuring non-IPTA at CCE are centralized reporting and routing.
